What I do

I'm a Marketing Strategist with 25 years of experience, based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. I work with coaches, consultants and growing businesses to help them build marketing that's consistent, intentional and actually connected to their commercial goals.

I developed The Hive Method after years of working with experienced business owners who had strong offers and were showing up consistently, but whose marketing wasn't converting into a reliable flow of clients. The pattern was almost always the same: the right activity, but no system connecting it together.

That's the gap I help close.

Where I’ve come from

My career has taken me across a wide range of businesses, from small owner-led companies to complex organisations. I have worked both as a fractional head of marketing as well as on a more flexible basis for smaller businesses.

I also work with coaches and consultants, helping them get clearer on their positioning, show up more consistently, and turn their visibility into enquiries.

Why Hive Social?

The name has a story behind it. I met a mural artist called Matt Wiley, who had made it his mission to paint 50,000 bees around the world. He told me how a beehive works - that bees think collectively, and the health of the hive matters more than the health of any individual bee.

It stuck with me. Good marketing works the same way: every piece connected, every action serving the whole. Nothing random, nothing wasted.
