  • Month one is different from the rest; it's dedicated to strategy. I'll spend time getting under the skin of your business, holding the right conversations, doing the research, and presenting a clear strategic direction before any execution begins.

    From month two onwards, activity typically includes a monthly planning session, LinkedIn content created and published on your behalf, email marketing, and ad hoc support for anything else that comes up. The exact mix depends on what we agree at the start.

  • You get senior strategic thinking alongside the execution, without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. I've worked at a leadership level as well as doing hands-on delivery, so you're not just getting someone to post on LinkedIn - you're getting someone who understands how marketing connects to your commercial goals.

  • Six months. Marketing takes time to build momentum, and anything shorter doesn't give us enough runway to see real results. Most clients continue beyond six months once they see what consistent, strategic activity produces.

  • More at the start, less as we go. The first month is the most intensive, we'll need time for proper briefing conversations, and I'll want to understand your business, your audience and your goals before presenting a strategic direction.

    Once that's agreed and we move into delivery, a monthly conversation and occasional feedback is usually enough to keep things on track. You stay in control of the direction without having to manage the detail.

  • Retained support starts from £1,500 per month. The exact investment depends on the scope of what we agree, which is why the first step is always a conversation rather than a fixed price list.
